The pubs

U Malého Glena

This bar has an incredible atmosphere. As you step onto the ground floor, you'll discover a cosy bar area that invites you to unwind, take a seat, and explore an extensive selection of beers. Venture downstairs, and you'll stumble upon a lively jazz bar that treats you to live music on most days. Now, here's the amusing part: don't be surprised if you spot a few Korean tourists around. This place has gained quite a following among Koreans because it was featured in a famous Korean series called 'Lovers in Prague'. It's definitely a unique claim to fame!

U Glaubiců

This Czech pub is truly authentic. It stands out with its pristine white interior, adorned with a captivating wall painting. The gracefully curving walls that seamlessly merge with the ceiling are a common feature found in many traditional Czech pubs.

U Zlatého tygra

Just like the former, this bar embodies the true essence of an authentic Czech pub. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by white walls and ceilings, creating an inviting ambiance. Adding to the warm and cosy atmosphere, the walls are adorned with beautiful wooden accents. What makes this bar even more unique is that the bar is part of the Prague Zoo of pubs. In Prague, there are various bars named after different animals, and this particular gem is called the Golden Tiger Bar.

Pivnice U Kata

Pivnice u kata has the looks of an old medieval tavern. As you approach, you'll be captivated by its charming exterior, complete with a delightful seating area. Stepping inside, you'll be transported back in time to a medieval knight's realm. The interior boasts a remarkable medieval knight room, adorned with an impressive display of weapons and armour that once belonged to these noble warriors.

Červený jelen

This bar and restaurant is an absolute must-visit spot in Prague. Housed in a multi-story building, it boasts the tallest beer barrel tower you'll ever lay eyes on. Once inside, you can indulge in an array of tap variations. Yes, you read that correctly—not different kinds of beers, but various tap variations. Get ready to explore options like Mliko (pure foam, no beer), Snyt (a small beer in a big glass), Cochtan (beer without foam), Hladinka (an ideal balance of beer and foam in a large glass), and Rezany (a light beer with a dark beer foam head). It's a unique experience that beer enthusiasts won't want to miss out on!
